CPM Teacher Leader

The CPM Teacher Leader serves as a mentor for all teachers using the CPM curriculum materials by facilitating professional development workshops, modeling the implementation of the curriculum in their own mathematics classroom including the effective use of study team and teaching strategies, participating in regional activities, and continuing their own professional development. The Teacher Leader possesses the ability to express their knowledge about the CPM curriculum, philosophy, and its implementation.  The Teacher Leader works within a team to solve problems, and support each other while working to achieve CPM goals. The Teacher Leader is a self-starter who can manage a flexible schedule and work without direct supervision to meet the position’s responsibilities.
