Frequently asked questions
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Leading Together is complimentary, including all four book study sessions and the monthly Leadership Labs.
Who should apply?
Instructional leaders, coaches, and educators who want to strengthen their coaching practice. You do not need to be a current CPM user to take part.
What is the time commitment?
Four Thursday book study sessions in August, then one Leadership Lab per month from September through January, closing with an in-person session at the 2027 CPM Teacher Conference.
Do I need to attend the Teacher Conference?
The in-person session on February 21, 2027 is the culmination of the experience. We will share conference details with participants as the date approaches.
